Yes! A complimentary Meet & Greet is scheduled before any services are locked in place, to make sure we are a good fit for your needs.
Yes. Bark This Way Professional Dog Walking & Pet Sitting LLC carries both liability insurance and bonded insurance.
Should your sitter need to step away for any reason we will send in another team member who will continue the same care until your regular sitter returns. All information supplied to your original sitter will be handed off to the temporary sitter. The sitter will reach out for introduction and any clarifications needed will be discussed. This process is overseen by the owner of Bark This Way.
Yes! A report card is sent after each visit and regular updates with photos are sent for longer services. You can opt out or receive fewer updates if you’d like.
If any emergency should arise your sitter will be in touch with you promptly.
For safety, we only offer individual or group walks for dogs from the same household. All dogs must be on a leash.
Yes. We can administer oral medication, If your pet is comfortable with taking it from someone other than you. Our team is also trained in administering injections and fluids. Instructions for administration will be noted on in your pet's profile.

Our Visit Length is timed from when we arrive at your front door to when we leave your home.
As soon as possible! Our holiday and weekend bookings fill up the quickest, along with our mid-day potty break slots. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours for daily dog walking or as needed drop in services. Otherwise, a full charge will apply. When a cluster of services are scheduled, cancellation may be made no less then 3 days in advance. Holiday cancelations or services of 5 or more days require 7 days notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.
We encourage dog visits at least once every 12 hours and all other pets at least once every 24 hours. This is to ensure their safety and ensure there have been no injuries. We believe that every pet should have at least one visit per day for a well-check.
